cops

Well a freind of mine was on his way to work and he was in the left lane on the interstate, there was a accident in the left lane up ahead, so he followed other people as they cut into the hov lane to go around the accident. A unmarked cop pulls ahead of the group of cars and slows down when he sees my freinds car( mitsubishi Galant with exhast and body kit carbon fiber hood) and decides to pull him over instead of the other people and busted his balls about no front license plate, illegal exhaust, and driving in the hov lane. The cop gives him the three tickets and continues to search the underbody of the car for mor illegal things, and finally lets him go but not before giving him a breathalizer test, at 8 : 45 in the morning!!!! just had to vent.
