What would you say its worth?

What would you say my freinds suburban is worth? My freind has an 94 Chevy Suburban 1500 with 196,000 miles, rebuilt tranny, new rear axle, Dual Exhaust loud as hell! Coming out in front of the wheels, 23inch Giovonie Attacks with Toyo Proxies 40 Serries tires(the only size toyo makes for 23's) only had them 1month, Alpine Cd player 60x4 watts, 6 Alpine Type R 12's, 2 JBL amps iam not sure on the wattage but its plenty. Ported Box, Leather Seats no rips or tears, It has the third seat but not in the truck cause of the system. Its Blue with two tone gray on the bottom body line. Speed Grill. Clear Lights up front. Stock Trailer Hitch. Light gray leather. Asking 11,500 or best offer. Dose this sound right? or what would you ask?
