FRUSTRATION!!!!!!

any1 have difficulty doing your job properly because of someone else(my boss)? i install car audio for a living and do a bit of fiberglass work and everytime i turn around, supplies are taken to our other shop, or we dont have enough to do what needs to be done. oh and if i dare ask for the supplies its a huge deal to get what i need to do my job, then get fussed at because i dont "use my time wisely". wtf are people like that thinking? is he expecting me to shit out a fiberglass enclosure with all the trim panels? its almost to the breaking point. either i will be out a job or in prison for throttling my boss. lol and its not just me having these issues the other 3 employees have constant difficuly with him as well as the countless other employees he has had over the last 10 years. i wish we could fire his ass. i'm just tired of it.... if any1 has a rational clue to what a person in his position is thinking please let me know.........sorry just been builing, not that this helps a lot, i just want to avoid a major conflict that will cost my job!! arrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh! goddamnshitfuckdickheadasslickermotherfuckingstupiddipshitasshole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
