Suicide Doors on a Del Sol

hey my buddy is doin suicide doors on a del sol and hes running into some problems with the door binding up when he opens it everythign is tacked into place. the car has a molded body kit and its going to hit on the bottom of the door. the suicide brackets are too big to fit into the cutout in the door jamb and the contour of the door jamb messes everything up for where the brackets are going to go has anyone else ran into problems with suiciding these doors, anything i should look out for thanks any help will do
