torsion bars??

do i need to tighten the bolts to lift the truck back up, or do i need to luosen them to lift the truxk back up? help please my daily is too low!!

im a minitrucker that need my mini for day to day reliable basis. and it was tucking 17's up front that's how low it was, couldn't turn, no shocks, kept rubbing my firewall with my tires, but i am up now! Still dropped like hell but up 3 inches. my front fenders measure like 22 in front, it was 19.75
