anyone else have issues with the bed not being even?

my bed is pretty close,but it seems like the bed is a little wide for the cab,lt doesn't want to line up perfectly even on both sides,anyone else ran into this problem,or should I put the bed bolts in it while linning it up?

they are a smijen wider than the cab, but only like 1/4 inch each side.

I was wondering because I've seen alot of trucks that look loke there perfectly alligned,prob never noticed?
