Highbeams?

Ok, highbeams is one of my favorite mags. I have been trying to get the feb. issue for like two months. I went to three different books-a-millions and none of them had it. Well, I go again tonight looking for the new mag and they had the march issue out. It was a very good mag with lots of coverage like always but what happened to the feb. issue? If anyone knows why they didn't have one then enlighten me. I did notice some things have changed.
