Exhaust setup

I'm fairly new to the scene and I'm hoping that you guys could drop some knowledge on a newbie. I was wondering what would be the best way to run the exhaust on my truck if I'm planning to drop it in the near future? I've seen many pictures of peoples' setups with air bags and body drops (with the bed off), but I never see the exhausts. What setup is normally used on trucks that lay frame?
