how 2 roll rear windows in a Screw all the way dwn

Does anyone know how to get the rear windows in my Super Crew to roll all the way down, past the 4" child safety limit???? I have looked at the window regulator and am stumped, it does look like there is enough room to go down the extra 3-4"s...
