Which to get

I am sure its been covered before but a search didnt help too much. I have a 2000 Civic and I want air. I hear good & bad about EAI and bad from AIM..I would like cylinders but what i want is to be able to slam it and three leg..no hopping or any of that..what should I go with and from what company
