is it possible to tuck 20's on a Cavy?

is there anyway u can tuck 20's with a cavalier running a stock hood? I am not even sure if u can fit 20's in the stock wheelwell let alone tuck'em... this question is for a friend of mine and I don;t think it is possible without raising the fenders and fabricating alot of things. he wants to run air cylinders too. Plus isn;t the price for a 215/35/30 like gonna be out of the world??? just let me know.. thanks
