Two Link Questions

I am doing a two link on my Cutlass. This seems to be sort of uncharted territory as far as i know. I was just wondering if any of you guys had any tips on how to make a good two link from scratch? Like whats a good way to make sure tracking is right to avoid driving crooked down the road? And how should i adjust pinion angle? I was also wondering what you guys think of connecting the links to each instead of using a panhard bar? I am going to make it cantilever setup with the bag in the middle of the links on the inside of the links if that matters at all. Any suggestions you guys have what be much appreciated.
