I figured i could ask some of you guys since it's so commen to use plexiglass in stereo setups. i'm wanting to use this huge sheet of plexiglass that i have that is about 1/4 inch thick and i'm wondering the best way to get a nice cut. i've worked with it before and if i used the jig saw with a fine blade and it just kinda melted it instead of a nice cut. i was able to smooth it out but is there a right way to use it? i'm not goin' to be using it for the box itself cause it's too thin, but more to cover my amp. and how about cutting out designs in the middle of the glass? thanks for the help
