i would like to see this too... i havent done any measuring but if i can get mine to the doors on my 17's i plan on doing it but i dont know if my bed will permit me to do it (its a jap bed). if not i plan on cutting the rockers and get it as close as possible.

^ irs, negative camber will lay em in far enough to clear the jap bed.

yeah thats what i was thinking, but that lip is pretty big, my tires now are less than 1/4" front the 2wd bed sheet metal so it would have to camber a lot to clear it...

ok guys trust me you dont wanna go to the freaking doors. mine started life off at the rockers and then went to the doors and stayed there for 2 years and i hated every minute of it. if you do goto the door dont go true door so that fully layd out you cant open it.

Im running 17s on mine and its past pinch it lays rocker and there right on the edge of the lip on the jap bed....it would take some work on 17s but whew thats up to you

yeah thats what i was afraid of....basically what it comes down to is how ever low i can get the truck to without the wheels causing issues coming over the bed rails or my hood, thats where its gonna go. lol.

do you think if you put an irs in that it would camber enough to clear the lip? it seems like it would be a lot of camber to do it but maybe.

why do you say that? just because you have to get out of your truck before you lay it out?

well i dont like using drag blocks aswell. and eventually the doors will start seperating. trust me its more of a pain than you think it is. i had a remote air setup and it still sucked. just dont go true door. thats all i can advise.
