when people build those modles, how do they get the link system and bridge and all that in there and get it so detailed? usually the models are just like stock car but i see them slammed with adjustable suspension and shit in them....and where/how do people get different wheels for them? just but some other car or model and steal the wheels off of it? im kinda thinking of doing one myself if i can find the 84-88 bodystyle toyota.

Well, theres a few Toyota trucks that come with adjustable suspension and chrome wheels.

For 4 links and notches, I've always used extra plastic. The parts trees make for good round bar. And you can buy rectangle plastic stock at the hobby stores.

The hobby stores also carry a lot of aftermarket wheels.

yeah i've been on the market for a 85-88 4runner, no luck yet..

this is the only 4runner i found....
