How To Drop A Tahoe ???

My Homeboy had just gotten a 2 Dr 1997 Tahoe, and he wants to put a 4/6 drop on it. Heres the problem its a 4X4, what does he need to buy to drop it. He was thinking, 2" springs & 2" spindles in the front, and 2" hangers & Shackles, & 2" leafs in the back. Will this work. If not name some other options please. Thanks for you help...
