Worth the time and patience!!!

I wanted to ask is it worth it to take the time to glass and uphulster(sp)my interior. I have been to a few shows and realized that judges dont spend any time on detail. I know "its all up to my tastes, if i like it who cares" but if that was true we would have uglier mini's every day. Will it be worth it! I have put atleast 15 hours into each door panel, will this make a difference. I know the ones i have now suck so they needed some changing. Is it something that you or others notice on a nice truck or do you look past the interior, should i just cover every thing in tweed.
