Is there something wrong with it?

I got my aem cai put on last week. I didn't put it on but I paid the shop I ordered it from to. Everyone was saying that my fuel economy would improve but so far I've been getting the worst mileage ever. Is there something hooked up wrong or am I just driving it harder since I got it maybe?
