Insane tire hop on bagged Dime? normal?

I just bagged my truck a month ago and i've been doin just fine, but the other day i went to get on it and when i shifted to 2nd and dropped the clutch, normally just chirps the tires, it started to hop and shake my truck like crazy. it scared the piss outta me and my first thought was tire hop. and now any time it's wet i can barly get goin without it starting to shake. not it's snowing and they spin a lot but here and there it starts shaking again. is this a normal thing for bagged trucks? can i stop it with shocks or more weight? i need help cause this sucks!
