need tweed?

i want 2 do baby blue and black tweed but i cant find it any where. i found black but no baby blue. any one know where 2 find it at???some guy told me that there is a fabric called burlap , he said he found baby blue . is that the same material?? need help quick kustompup93 reppin ruzzy!!
