I have had thier road grater system in for almost 2 years now, (WOW a long time) and well the rear crossmember broke that holds everything together. I was think it was not their fault cause it didnt break at a weld the steal just broke. Well i called them up and talked to Darren and they got it all takin care of and are sending me out a new one plus get this a FREE t-shirt. I think that is so awesome of them to do everything that they did and to get it all taken care of in one day cause it is my daily driver truck.
So to summerize, I just want to give mad props to Air Ride plus a special thanks to Darren for being a cool guy and and hookin it up as fast as he did.
