Precision Power

sup guys, I've got a Soundstream USA 10 inch sub and a 450 watt Precision Power amp, I bought them second hand from a friend of mine for cheap. They're prolly about 3 years old. They're in/attached to a box and are in really good condition. Just wanna know if any of these companies is any good and what you guys think they are worth. thanx
