Wiper Motor

Does the wiper motor on the pre tacos make a complete circle or does it only go so far before going back? Im trying to hide my motor somewhere else but need to know if the arm is gonna go 360*.

It doesn't do a 360. I don't think it even does a full 180.

mine goes 360..... 1 revolution for each cycle of the wipers.

Hmm, maybe its just mine on the first gen. Mine actually goes back and forth. I hooked it up when I had it out of the truck.

i dont understand how the wiper motor would rotate 360 degrees or even 180 for that matter...i was under the impression that they run off a timed relay. to wipe on and then wipe back the other direction. unless it has a pully system in there kinda like a cam lobe or a spring system that makes it go back and fourth while the motor rotates the same direction constatly but that seems like it would be way more complicated then it needs to be... im confused now. haha.

Mine looks like it would work like the old steam engines drive system. The motor would rotate 360* but the connector rod would just make the wiper arms move the 90* or so.
