Help on lowering frontier!!

I am prolly gonna lower my frontier this weekend sometime. I have 3 inch blocks for the rear and i'm gonna turn down the torsions on the front. How do you go about lowering it with the torsion bars?? Also will i need to get some lowered shocks?? I'm only going for like a 2/3 drop!!
