needles!-brake light!

iv got a question for everyone. has any bodys needles and brake light just started flashing and bouncing up/down without the truck even being on?????????? mine just did that a lil while ago,i heaard a slight cliking sound,looked around for a sec.,then decided to look at my gauges (just for the hell of it) and my needles were bouncing around alittle bit and the brake light was on. my truck was of when it was happening also. if any one can think of any thing,let me know!!
