s 10 dually WTF??????

i was on my home from work a few days ago on 294 through IL when i saw what appeared to be a chevy s 10 with 4 wheels in the backi do know if it was but i do know it had the S10 front end and was a short bed both of which a dually never has had, so i dont know has any opne seen this or anything like it before?????????
