Ok strokes, I need some suggestions on what to use as my fuel filler hose. Tank is in the stock location other than being raised 1.5in. Gas door is shaved and im using a pop up fuel filler in the bed floor. Now I need something that will bend into 2 45's (basically an S ) with adistance of 13in. long. I'm trying to stay away from the radiator hose route. The hose needs to be 2in. ID.

Flexible exhaust pipe won't bend sharp enough

Hydraulic line is too stiff and won't bend right ( plus its exspensive as hell at that size )

Stainless exhaust pipe can be done but too permanent, doesn't allow for flex or easy removal.

Steam hose ?? has an inner coating that works with fuel, has a helical wire for support. WIll not conform to shape without kinking.

What about something like this...its the lower radiator hose off Last Look & its for coolant, but dont see why you couldnt make something like this for gas!

Your close to what I need, sort of. Take out the straight tube and put the 45's together. Radiator hose isnt made for fuel, it doesn't hold up very well to the fumes.

DO NOT USE RADIATOR HOSE! Napa sells 90degree hose bends specifically for fuel filler hose. get two of those and a piece of 2" od stainless exhaust pipe for the straight run and you'll be there.
part number on a 2" 90degree hose is : NBH 1047

Yea...dont use radiator hose, I was just saying what he did for the coolant flow problem might work for you.

Just get some u bends in the appropriate diameter, cut, splice and weld a custom tube.

he wants something flexible. not rigid
