this is SO annoying

this is so f!%king annoying.... every time i post (or attept i should say) a pic i get box with a little red X like when a pic fails to load... i am using to post the pic but i NEVER seems to work..... tried resizing the pics down to less then 800 X 600 but still nothing.. any help would end my frustration... thx
