in need of advice... (non-female)

i will never stop loving mini-trucks, and that is why im keeping my orange one, but my parents offered to help me get "reliable transportation" something right around 20 grand because they have 3500 cash from their gm card if you buy a gm car. anyhow, any gm car/suv/truck...what does everyone recommend? has to be brand new for their gm bucks to be used towards the purchase of a new car. im saving for a house and they want me to have reliable transportation for when i get a new job that's distant. i was just wondering if you were in my shoes, which gm car or truck or suv would you choose?
