two probs, emissions and a stutter

I have a hesitations between 800 and 1000 rpm on my 90 autmoatic B22K. Any clues? I've cleaned the carb, changed pcv valve, tuned it up (plugs, wires, cap and rotor) its still there.

Does anyone have pics of what all has to be yanked to ditch all the emissions crap? I'm sick of the rats nest under the hood. Thanks! WHIZ
