What to look for in a compressor?

I'm about to buy a compressor for my shop and want to make the right decision the first time. What should I look at when buying a compressor?

I found one on sale and need someones opinion.

I am going to be useing it for grinders, impact wrenches and painting. Think it's a good choice?
