what all still needs cut out to lay?

front of the fender well is cut out im getting ready to re do the rear of the fender well, what else is getting in the way of gettting lower? will rasing my control arm make it get any lower, any suggestions im bagging it off the control arm and i wanna get lower if possible, i know there not a whole lot more i can do by mysekf with out going to brett @ kutsrus but im tired of it not going any lower, im at 3 1/4" s from laying front cross member. also anybody know how much a civic oil pan needs to be section so i dont rip that baby off.
