Towing - using slammed SUV's, duallys????????

Just wanted to get some input from guys that are towing trailers (enclosed and/or open) with slammed and/or body dropped dually's or SUV's, wondering what steps need to be taken to still be able to tow?

Supposed you take an HD truck, bag it, 4-link it and hook up a 22' trailer with a truck? How will it tow and what do you need to do to be able to tow it safely??

Any input/experiences would be helpful to know.
