Check Engine Light In Daily Driver Ranger

WoW...Its been on for like 40,000 miles now and i KEEP checking and checking AND CHECKING!! My Engine is still there WTF is the probelem i just dont get... .... Yes Yes this thread is a joke im quite bored...
