I DECIDED ON COLOR NEED MORE HELP!!!

Ok I want to go with white epoxy primer I was told by someone they got theres mixed at napa do they have white primer? I am going to paint my truck eventually just need a change in color if the primer is to spendy then I will just spray over my sanded primer with white base coat and no clear, what is your opinion and where can i egt this cheap?
