removing abs unit or relocate it

I have a 2000 s-10 and currently in the process making room under the hood for 20s. The only thing holding me up is the abs unit. I want to relocate it to another place. How do I do that and where to put it? On the other hand should I just get rid of it all together, if I do that how do I go about doing that?
