rear tire and brake rubbing rear cylinder??????

i have a 95 honda accord 4door and just installed air cylinders all the way around my rear tire cambers in and rubs the cylinder and so does the back of my brake.. is this normal?? if not can it be fixed and how??? all help is greatly appreciated
