WTF COMP DONT TURN ON ?

my friend truck has been baged for over a year now never had a problem last night he tried to air it up and no air wtf? we cheked the fuse and it was blown we put another one and nothing any ideas ? theres a solenoid that he replaced and nothing, we tried to run it stright from the batt and the comp wont turn on ??????????????
