my friend bought a ford/mercury comet, im gonna help her restore it. three of the doors have cancer on them pretty bad near the edges where the outer metal is pinched to the inner metal on the inside. its rusted on the inside and outside, anyone know how to fix this? is there a way to get in there and rustproof it, like unpinch the metal and seal it and pinch it back together or should i just tell her to buy new doors?
