honda civic rear suspension i need help

ok, heres what up as some of you know im putting 23s out back with a straight axel. and a 4link i know there might need to be some narrowing or redirection of the frame rails/unibody now im thinking i wanna run air out back but im wondering can i run a cantilever style 4 link so basically i could just weld on brakcets to the frame/unibody and do the squaretubbing style like suicide doors has with the bushings, and then notch the rear out after body dropping the trunk to rear seat brace i know im gonna need like a 10"+ notch for the rear just curuious what you guys think.
