Photoshop Flames, need help please...

i'm doing this project for school and i wanted to use those realistic flames for it but i don't know how to make them in photoshop. can someone please send me a link, pic., or anything where i can get them real flames at. thanks alot, any help would be apperciated, thanks. - Jason
