Can it be done ?

OK here is my situation, I have a 1st Gen. S-10 and it will receive a 383 Stroker when my wallet allows it. My question is, do you guys think it is possible to rock 20"s up front with a 3.5 BD ? If so here is another good question is there any way I could keep the stock hood, I am willing to do almost anything I do not want any type of cowl hood. If it helps it will also be RHD (right hand drive).
