damn computer virus

Norton keeps popping up with its virus alert saying ive got some kind of worm on my computer. something like Wichia or some W shit. any way i ran both Spybot and Ad-Aware and niether picked anything up. Norton now wont even run. it freezes. but before i tried to run it, it did tell me where its located on the hard drive with the little C: thing but i cant trace it becasue the address thing is too long and just shows "..." in the middle and then the rest. so i have no clue where to go once i get halfway through the folders. its pissing me off becasue now i cant get onto any other site without it saying i got some windows error and itll have to shut down. i had to do a system restore just to get in here to type this, but it will pop up here again soon. any suggestions or know anything else i can try going through to get rid of this little bastard???
