Getting rid of moisture...

How , if possible, do, or have you guys gotten rid of moisture that builds up behind the headlight lens? I know everytime it gets humid, or it rains, etc. Moisture builds up behind my hjeadlight lens. Has enyone else had this problem and have a way to get rid of it?
