Does this sound like a bad wheel bearing to you?

On my daily driver I have a noise coming from the front right wheel area. It is not a squeak. The noise sounds exactly like a big tire on a huge lifted truck going down the road but this is on a little Saturn. I am thinking it is a wheel bearing because it seems to get a little louder when I turn the wheel to the left but gets quieter when i turn it to the right. What else could it be? The brakes shouldn't make this noise. I am going to tear into it today if it warms up. I hate working on the daily driver!
