i'm 99% positive this truck needs a computer. truck cranks, pump runs, but no spark. no pulse signal to/from coils, camshaft position sensor or crank position sensor. ecu has power(all of them ) and ground. i checked for pulse from the ecu connector so it's not in the wiring. i would like to simply plug someone's ecu in and be 100% sure this is what truck needs. i'll pay your gas, and get you a 6pack(if legal ) for helping me out(or something to eat if you prefer). the ecu # is 89661-04480 so if your's is a 98, it might work if # the same, engine is 2rz-fe
