Strange noise from front right wheel

So im going down the road today in my ram 50 and as i broke 45-50mph i hear this grinding noise coming from my front right wheel. When I slowed down under 45ish it would stop but it starts right back when i speed up. The sound it makes sounds like if my brake caliper were unbolted and grinding on the rotor. Im thinking its the wheel bearings but in not quite sure. This noise sucks and my stereo can't dround it out.
