Help with unsafe vehicle ticket for bags

well i posted i got pulled over and ticketed for shit. well 1 of those where for unsafe vehicle marked "hydrolics" well i got bags, and i went to get my other shit signed off and they said the unsafe vehicle was not correctable. i even went to the CHP, they said it wasnt. i put spacers on my bags so it didnt even go low, and fuckin cops didnt care.

anyways i made a appointment to see the judge on the 15th. anything i can do? if i go back to the CHP anything i should tell them so try to get this ticken taken care of? im in california. does this count as a moving violation if i end up paying the fine? ANY advice! i need some...
