external fuel pump for 4.3

Im looking for an external fuel pump to use when I install my fuel cell on my '99 silverado with the 4.3 v6. My Haynes manual says that when I turn the key to the ON position, but do not start the motor, the pressure needs to be between 60 and 63 PSI. And I'm having trouble finding an external pump that puts out that much pressure. Has anyone else installed an inline pump on a 4.3...and if so, which one did you use? Thanks everyone.
