Fuel injectors?

Ok well my car was jerking really bad and idling weird so i pulled up the carpet and checked the trouble codes and it told me i had a fuel injector problem. What do i do? Buy a new one? clean it? Or can a buy a better one from a different motor for imroved power? (my car is a 91 honda civic 1.5 and its not multi point) if you have any advice email me! nike_hockey85@hotmail.com
